Please check if you have allowed journi to access your photos:
On iOS: Go to Settings > Search for "Journi" > enable "Photos" for "Read and Write"
On Android: Go to Settings > Apps or Application Manager > Journi > Permissions and enable Storage.
Still can't find your photos?
Please also check in which folder you stored your photos. You can change folders within Journi when creating or editing a moment by clicking on the camera symbol in the bottom left corner. Select a new folder by clicking on the currently selected folder in the top bar of the screen.
Note: If you are loading a picture from iCloud to journi, please make sure you are online, otherwise journi will not be able to download from iCloud.
